Cancellation Policy
To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. Rescheduling or canceling must be done 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to retain your deposit.
No-shows, same-day cancellations, & late arrivals (10+ min) that prevent completion of your scheduled service may result in 100% of the service fee.
All deposits, services, & retail products are non-refundable/non-transferable.
