We kindly ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours BEFORE the begining of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee of your service total. For example: You have an appointment scheduled for July 21 at 2:30pm. You must reschedule or cancel BEFORE 2:30pm on July 20 to avoid the cancellation fee. NO SHOWS / SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN 100% CANCELLATION FEE OF YOUR SERVICE TOTAL. If you show up to your appointment: - 15+ mins late (please reach out if you are running late!) - sick - with active cold sores - sunburn - recent botox/fillers in the last 14 days - with extra guests/children this will be considered a same day cancellation and will result in a 100% cancellation fee of your service total. The cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file without notification and/or regardless of reasoning. All cancellation fees come with a card processing fee of 3.5%. If the card on file is denied and you fail to communicate with me, you will be blocked from all future bookings, until paid. Enfocring these policies are up to the discretion of SKIN WITH LYSS. All services & retail products are non-refundable!
